In the morning, we headed over to Fairport to watch their parade with my mom and dad, Brian, Tyler, Erin, Kory, Sid and Cam.
Erin and Kory had found us the perfect viewing spot.
It was a fun morning for everyone, well, almost everyone.....Joey HATED the fire engines. Wouldn't you know, it seemed like every fire truck would wait until they were right in front of us to sound their engines. Oh and then there was the Fife and Drum corp (or something like that) who shot off their rifles directly in front of us. I think that just about put Joey over the edge. We couldn't believe our luck that they would fire them RIGHT in front of us. Here is how he was for most of the parade. Poor little guy :(
Afterwards, everyone came back to our house for a swimming and a barbque. It was sunny, but not the warmest day, but the dads and kids ventured in for a bit.
Then we had a Can-Jam tournament. That has been our game this summer. Everytime we have a family get together, we always end up playing.
